Video Interview Instructions

Applicants to the Master of Social Work (MSW) and Master of Social Policy (MSP) programs are required to complete a video interview as part of the admissions process.

This asynchronous interview is a meaningful way for our Admissions Committee to get to know you beyond your written application. It offers a space to share your interests, experiences, and goals beyond the written components of your application.

Students will respond to pre-recorded questions using an online platform called Kira Talent.  The interview is completed on your own time using a computer with a webcam and microphone.  There are no right or wrong answers this is your opportunity to share your authentic voice and experiences.

Kira Talent is fully accessible and compliant with WCAG 2.0 AA standards.  If you anticipate barriers to completing the interview, please contact us at brownadmissions@wustl.edu as soon as possible after submitting your application to discuss alternate options.
